  • Detailed presentation of the Webex wholesale solution and commercial strategy;
  • Signing the Partner Agreement;
  • Creation of accesses to the Partner Portal for the activation and management of services such as new numbers, portability, SIP trunk and everything that is necessary for the configuration of the PSTN;
  • Specific training on the use of the Partner Portal, covering technical and administrative aspects;
  • Activation of access to the Webex Partner Hub, including the creation of an Organization dedicated to the partner;
  • Introductory sessions on using Webex Partner Hub;
  • Training on the use of the Webex Control Hub portal needed to configure each individual customer;
  • Introduction to billing;
