1993
Team Sistemi is Born
Serving businesses since 1993, the year our team of professionals decided to create Team Sistemi, specializing in telecommunications, voice, data, and high-performance connectivity.
1998
Multilink S.r.l.
In 1998, with the liberalization of the Telecommunications market, Team Sistemi was one of the very first companies to get to work, creating an internal division and founding the company Multilink S.r.l., one of the first Telecommunications operators in the entire North East of Italy. Since then, Team Eis has continued to specialize and strengthen its presence in the area with partnerships and collaborations.
2014
Forever
In 2014, Team Sistemi transformed itself and began specializing in the business connectivity and broadband market, to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding market.
It thus became TEAM EIS, a word that in ancient Greek means "Forever", underlining the commitment to wanting to always support its customers.
2016
EIS S.r.l.
In January 2016, the company name changed to EIS S.r.l., as a testament to the desire to establish itself as a new entity capable of addressing the communication, telephony and IT security needs of businesses, supported by more than twenty years of experience in a constantly evolving market.
2017
Dema UC
In 2017, Team EIS signed a partnership agreement with Broadsoft, recently acquired by Cisco. In collaboration with Broadsoft, they created Dema UC Powered by Broadsoft, an innovative unified communication and collaboration solution that uses cloud technology to replace expensive, complex and outdated telephone systems and help companies enhance communications and always be up-to-date.
2018
Team Eis Portal
During 2018, Team EIS invested in the creation of a development team to build a WEB portal called TEP (Team Eis Portal), a tool that allows Partners and Resellers to order and manage their services in complete autonomy.
2019
Powered by Broadsoft
During 2019, the Partner project was launched to offer our Dema UC powered by Broadsoft solution to the Wholesale market.
2021
Proprietary infrastructure and DSS
During 2021, Team EIS developed its network infrastructure by interconnecting national and international data centers. It also created the "DSS" (DEMA SIP SERVER) carrier-grade cloud communication platform, obtaining accreditation from the Italian Regulatory Bodies as an authorized telecomunication provider and became a LIR thanks to the membership to RIPE.
2022
EIS Service Provider
Team Eis becomes EIS Service Provider and launches DEMA with Webex, an evolution of Dema UC, for fully integrated collaboration, in line with Cisco's strategy for the SMB market. EIS also becomes the first Italian service provider to offer Cloud Connected PSTN for Webex Calling connectivity, connecting its data centers with those of Cisco.
2023-2024
Webex Wholesale and Internationalization
EIS strengthens its presence in the Webex Wholesale market, extending its offer not only to Partner companies but also to Carriers.
In parallel, it undertakes internationalisation projects towards foreign trade with the aim of ensuring a single, centralised management for all internationally operating customers with foreign locations.
