The Cisco VAR Partner owns and manages their customers while EIS provides the PSTN replacement and its commercial and technical staff ensures a smooth transition and provides the necessary training. EIS also has a Wiki with extensive guides and instructions on how to configure and use the product.

How to start

You can deploy your customer either as a Wholesale Provider or through our brand. You can then support your customers directly or by delegating them to the Eis TAC Center.
Determine how many DID and/or how many number portabilities you need
There are then added costs based on the type of DIDs you are going to order. We offer single DIDs and blocks of 10, 100 and 1000 consecutive numbers

Is there a trial?

Yes, you can get a free trial by completing the contact form available further up on this page. Once we’ve assigned you a test number, you’ll experience firsthand the quality and the convenience of the service.

How long does the trial last?

The free trial lasts for 30 days and has a spend limit of 5€. Calls to international numbers and premium numbers are not included.

How long does it take to activate a trial?

Once you fill out the contact form, our sales team will contact you to explain the details of the trial service and activate the trial for you. This process typically takes between 48 to 72 hours.

Do I need to have on-premise devices to use the service?

No, you don’t need any on-premise device to access the Calling feature as the service is a full cloud solution.
